Paying by bank transfer is easy and feels more secure for an older generation (in the Caribbean community, mostly) who do not trust, AT ALL, any online payment with their bank card information.

Complete your order with all the delivery or collection information of your products.

    • 2. Choose Bank transfer

When making your payment by bank transfer, use YOUR ORDER NUMBER + YOUR POSTCODE as reference for the banking transaction, so we recognise you quickly. It should look like this: 1253497300
– for order no. 12534 and – for postcode 97300

    • 3. Wait for our Confirmation e-mail

You can now wait for your delivery or arrange to collect your products from a collection point. Delay to receive this email is due to us checking our bank account ONCE everyday at 1pm (GMT London)

Revolut payments are SAFE!

Revolut has a payment processing tools that offers local payment methods and reduce fraud.

In order to confirm a payment, you will have to log in to your usual banking App to confirm the transaction with us, use your bank card reader to secure an authorisation for the payment or log in to your Internet banking website to manually confirm a payment.

This is to protect you as a customer. This is also to protect us as a supplier from any fraudulent claims that your card has been stolen, when it is not the case.

Spend Cap on your Orders

You might have noticed that you cannot place any order above £100 from our website. This is to protect our customers and us from any fraudulent use of any cards, while we launch our new products.
