To achieve ONE dough for a medium pizza, here is the perfect recipe:
Ingredients:
β 150g Plain flour
β 80ml of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar and 4g of dry yeast (let it rest for 20 minutes, until it activates)
β half a teaspoon of Salt
- Mix the ingredients while pouring gradually the yeast liquid or by adding the flour into the liquid, whichever you are more comfortable with.
- Work your dough until it is smooth and warm from the friction
- Let your dough rest for 30 minutes to 50 minutes (subject to the quality of your yeast)
- Sprinkle some corn meal on your work surface (to give the outside part of your pizza a delicious grainy texture). Spread your dough in a flat round shape
- Add our Pizza sauce as the base
- Add your favourite toppings (onions, sweet peppers, black olive, grated cheese β¦ for example)
- Bake your Pizza for 20 minutes or less, at 180 to 200 degrees Celsius (Gas mark 4) then enjoy!
