This homemade pizza was baked using our Pizza sauce. Buy it now!

To achieve ONE dough for a medium pizza, here is the perfect recipe:

Ingredients:
– 150g Plain flour
– 80ml of warm water with a teaspoon of sugar and 4g of dry yeast (let it rest for 20 minutes, until it activates)
– half a teaspoon of Salt

  1. Mix the ingredients while pouring gradually the yeast liquid or by adding the flour into the liquid, whichever you are more comfortable with.
  2. Work your dough until it is smooth and warm from the friction
  3. Let your dough rest for 30 minutes to 50 minutes (subject to the quality of your yeast)
  4. Sprinkle some corn meal on your work surface (to give the outside part of your pizza a delicious grainy texture). Spread your dough in a flat round shape
  5. Add our Pizza sauce as the base
  6. Add your favourite toppings (onions, sweet peppers, black olive, grated cheese … for example)
  7. Bake your Pizza for 20 minutes or less, at 180 to 200 degrees Celsius (Gas mark 4) then enjoy!
